the room service felt excessive. twenty euros per order seemed unjustified. the comfort sky room promised a nice view but mine faced a less desirable side of the building. i found little difference between the comfort sky and the comfort room and the view was a bad one. the hotel seemed intent on extracting extra charges at every opportunity and it was unwelcoming. there werent slippers in the room. the shower knobs also turned with difficulty and was rusty. there was too few towels.

my comfort king bath room had issues. the shower knob had rust. it turned with real difficulty. housekeeping also failed to provide enough towels, a oversight i found irritating. it seem they want to charge extra for items that should be complimentary.
